With over 1,200 stores in 70 countries, a strong digital presence featuring 26 directly managed eCommerce sites, and multiple marketplaces worldwide, KIKO MILANO stands as a key player in the industry.

The Challenge

Over the past 15 months, KIKO Milano has undertaken a major technological transformation with the adoption of a new unified eCommerce platform. The primary goal was to optimize data management between online and retail channels, enable efficient multichannel logistics, and ensure continuity of digital campaigns during the transition to the new platform.

The key challenges included:

  • Omnichannel integration between the direct eCommerce platform and over 850 directly managed physical stores
  • Logistics optimization with a 360-degree view across all channels, enabling the introduction of new services such as Click & Collect and ship-from-store
  • Advanced product data management to ensure an optimized feed for each advertising platform
  • Seamless continuity of advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Shopping, Facebook, TikTok, and Criteo

The Solution
