The Challenge
Over the past 15 months, KIKO MILANO has undergone a significant technological transformation with the implementation of a new unified commerce platform. The goal was to enhance data management across online and retail channels, enable multichannel logistics, and ensure the seamless continuity of digital campaigns during the transition to the new platform.
