Account Manager

We are Kipcast Srl, part of the Impresoft Group, specializing in the development of Highstreet.io, our proprietary connector for data feed management in the e-commerce sector.

We are currently seeking an Account Manager to support the sales department in managing all contractual and administrative processes related to sales, both nationally and internationally.

What You Will Do with Us:

You will join the Sales team at Kipcast, working at our office in Sant’Ambrogio di Valpolicella, Domegliara (Verona) area.
 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales team in managing and developing new opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty.
  • Create, review, and monitor sales documents and contracts, overseeing renewals.
  • Collaborate with the Sales department to optimize commercial offers.
  • Address client inquiries related to administrative matters, serving as the point of contact for contractual and invoicing issues, including debt collection reminders.
  • Coordinate with the administrative office for active invoicing tasks.
  • Manage and track new and existing orders.
  • Input and manage opportunities in the company CRM.
  • Prepare necessary reports for clients.
  • Collaborate with the production manager regarding invoicing amounts.

Your Strengths:

  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Degree or diploma in economics (preferred) or linguistics.
  • Strong understanding of active invoicing processes.
  • Proficient in back-office software.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills (time management and prioritization).
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative team spirit.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client locations.

Considered a Plus:

  • Basic programming knowledge.
